I have the honor to enclose, for Your Lordship's information,
Copy of letter, No. 11 of the 18th Instant, from the Acting Colonial Treasurer, stating that of the Parliamentary Grant of £20,000 to this Colony for the Financial year 1850-51, only £18,500 will be drawn from the Commissariat Chest, as by Your Lordship's despatch No. 178, of 17 September last, £500 were issued to the Agent General, in addition.
