The annual dinner of the Hong Kong Rationalist Press Association was held on Saturday night as the Hotel Savoy. There was a good attendance of members and guesta, and Mr.

F. T. Lamble, the President, was in the Chair. Interesting speeches, outlining the objects of the R.P.A. ware..made.
