The total tonnage entered by these ressels was 27,230 bons, of which British vessels accounted for. 6,620 tons, and other nationalities for 20,619 tons
For Hong Kong there were 10,3831 tons of freight, with 2,073 tons in British bottoms. Other vessels brought the remaining 8.310) tons
Fer ports beyond there were 20,500 tons, of which two British vessels carried 3,910 tons, with other vessels having 16,619 tons on board.
The best entries were 1,800 tons in a British vessel for Hong Kong. and 3,701 tons in another ship also discharging here. For ports be yond, one British vessel had 3,900 tons, and among entries by other nationalities were one of 6,140 tons and one of 4,000 tons, with two others of just over 3,000 tons.
The best cargo carriers were, as under:-
