The PMS. Empress of Scotland, tagship of the Canadian Pacific Fleet, arrived in port yesterday morning on her fourth world trip, which is proving to be fortable and luxurious.

The Travel Programme. For the convenience of the voy- agers, the personnel of the tour has has been split into three parties. The day of arrival was free for individual sightseeing and shop- ping, with a Dinner Dance at the Repulse Bay Hotel, the trip being made out and back by specially chartered cars.
To-day, A Party will make a 60 miles car trip round the New territories, in two groups, respec- tively, during the forenoon and afternoon, the free period again being given over to shopping and sightseeing..
To-morrow, after some more free time in the forenoon, the whole party will be conveyed up the Penk by car and chairs, and on Sunday they will be taken round the island in cara...
