Yesterday's Returns.
As compared with the previous day, yesterday's returns for the 24 hours ended at eam showed a heavy decrease in local importe and also of freights for ports beyond. Local imports of general mer chandise amounted to only 3,420 tons, of which, 2013 tons were from British bottoms.
