The Chinese Press for the past two or three days have been commenting upon a report that fourteen members of the Kuomintang organisation at Tientsin have been arrested by British Police and handed over to the Mukden authorities.

Apart from the statements made in the Chinese papers the facts are not known, and it would be well if an official report of the incident were published. ·
