wanting to know what caused this unnecessary and cumbersome alteration, and why it was gazetted without a word of explanation, says the China Expr** and Telegraph. The paper continues: The change has been authorised, it seems, by the Colonial Office, and pre sumably those in authority there had a reason, but why did they sit upon it and (DY ARTHUR C. NEWTON, RN-BETIRED, why were they not consistent in canol, the change to Shaukiwan, Shatankok, Campbell Darley, Royal Taipo, Wanchai and to the numerous Navy, Croix de Guerre, I first met esther two and three-syllabled place board the Australia, which was building in 1919, before her guns were in ber, and from that day I was with him and by his side daily for the next five years.
