At the China Auction Rooms, Mr. E. V. M... de Sousa sold, by order of the mortgagee, No: 56, Hollywood Road, a leasehold property known as Section C. of Inland Lot No. 110. The area of this property, which is held for the unexpired residue of 924 years on a Crown lease and extension thereof dated respectively November 2nd, 1844, and August 18th, 1874, is 1,019 square feet. The annual Crown rent is $7:14. The property was knocked down. at the upset price of $30,000 to Mrs. Ho Shi.
