We state that the ground surrounding it, acres of land, has been cleaned & planted at great expense by who has procured valuable trees from all parts of the World for the garden.
The state of cultivation which for 8 years has received your attention will maintain in any other part of the Town.
An Excellent building has been constructed in Wyndham St. as soon as intended.
The sum expended on the building & cultivation amounts to the perfection in Building, which at the present time is fully worth $30,000 Dollars. We beg leave to offer it with the Sea front to the Government for $25,000. If required, we shall be prepared to sell the stud lot 1376 for $3,000, thereby arranging necessary for the disposal of the Meer on let Gr134 & 135.
Including the fireproof building by the architect, a handsome suitable fort might be in readiness within a short time at a cost of $7,600 sterling.
