Bastin, who has been in charge of the As mentioned last week, the Rev. E. A. Wesleyan Church, Wanchai, for the past ten months, is leaving for Home on sick leave, acting under doctor's orders. The Rev. Mr. Bastin concluded his ministry at Wanchai yesterday. He preached farewell sermons at both the morning and

evening services, the one in the morning being addressed particularly to service men while that in the evening was to members of the Church and congregation. Mr. Bastin expressed his thanks for the co-operation and help, afforded him during his ministry here by church members and the congregation, and also regret at having to leave them."
As previously mentioned, the Rev. Mr. Baatin hopes to return to the East in' about twelve months time, when he will probably resume missionary work up-
country. In the meanwhile, the Rev. H. F. Rossiter will supply until the arrival of the new minister, the Rev. J. Knight Anstey, from Home.
