state that the parties who have lately supplied the Medicines for the Colonial Service and for the Army have, so far as that the latter, at least as Service is concerned, hitherto given perfect satisfaction.
As Medicines differ greatly in respect of quality, I may be permitted to observe, without injustice to Messrs Baillie Brothers & Co, that, in the absence of all necessary information, I cannot recommend their being resorted to.
