"Jarried Forward.
In view of the fact that our cash position must always be at its worst this time of year, owing to seasonal buy- bg in Australia which necessitates heavier stocks in the Autumn, your Directors have, for various reasons, de- cided, in consultation with the Com- pany's Bankers, to change the date of closing the Company's annual accounts from 31st July to 31st December in future. With this object in view, your Directors have decided to carry forward the balance of Profit and Loss Account, as previously stated, to next accounting period and declare such dividend as may be found advisable after closing the Com- pany's accounts on 31st December, 1926, You will be pleased to hear your herd is in excellent health and the standard of quality attained and its immunity against rinderpest is the highest in the Company's history. Your Company's milk and other dairy products are, as usual, kept up to a high standard, and, judging by the support we receive from our customers, our efforts in this direc tion are appreciated.
