Bulwer Lytton, that the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury do not object to the Employment of an additional Chinese Clerk in the Chief Magistrate's Office at Hong Kong, nor to the restoration of the Salary of the Assistant and Clerk of the Deed Registry to the original £300: Amount of Three Hundred Pounds
