THE REPORT FOR 1993.
The twelfth annual general meeting, of members of the Kowloon Football Club is to be held on the 21th inst, at the Club Pavilion at 5.45 p.m. The business will be to pass the report and accounti Ear 1023-6; to elect offers for 1920-97 and to discuss any general business that' may be brought forward.

The profit made, on the working the Chib during the year was $3,193, During that period there was an expen diture of 1,585.53. for extensions B additions to the Pavilion, alse for pur chases of certain furniture and fittings In view of the fact that the original cus: of the Pavilion has not been taken into consideration in previous balance sheets it has been decided to set up the sum of 2.300 as representing the value of the Pavilion, including furniture and fittings At the request of the Committee the accounts have been audited by lessrs. A. W. Eastman and D. C. Logan, and to these two gentlemen the thanks of the Club are due."
Membership.
The membership of the Club stands at 333 as against 302 members on August 31st, 1995. During the year 97 new men bers have joined, 19 members have re signed, and 51 names were removed on neccunt of departures from the Colony and for other reasons.

The past season has been the most successful to date enjoyed by the Club For the first time three teams from the Club were entered in the Hongkong Lungue. The Senior I won the Cham pionship of the 1st division, this being the first time the Kowloon Club has at tained this distinction. They also won New Engineerugs und Hongkong Challenge Shield for the Shanghat Docks... second successive year, after two very H.K. & S. Hote close games against the Eset Surrey Hongkong Lande....300 nom.

The Club's Pavilion has been greatly improved and enlarged during the year The dressing room accommodation has been doubled the bar extended, and sa additional room added for the convenience of lady visitors.
The ground is in excellent condition baving been thoroughly rested throughout
the summer.
Owing to the lack of support accorded by members the usual annual dinner was not held. Two enjoyable dances took place on the Club's premises at the end of the football season and were well patronised

The thirtieth ordinary yearly meeting of the Dairy Farm, Ice and Cold" Stomge Co., will be held in the Company's Town' Office on Saturday, September 25th.
The report to be presented states that the prost for the year after writing » $111,309.51 for depreciation, placing $7,251.47 to reserve against bad and doubtful debts and providing for. Direc- Cors and Auditors fées, amounts to $205,809.25 which includes the
sum of $13,7.01 brought forward from last year's account. It is proposed to deal with the above balance of $205,300.3 as follows:
