The workers of the Kwangtung Electric Supply Company in Canton are asking the Kuomintang to arrest the newspaper reporters who, on September 2nd, wrote unfavourably in their papers regarding the frequent break-downs in the electric power house which were responsible for the complete failure of the light in cor: tain parts of the City.
