One of the printers of the Hongkong Daily Press considered that the Cross Word Puzzle published yesterday would be too easy if given in its ordinary form. He, therefore, decided to make the work of solving the puzzle more difficult by substituting a form that had little or no relation to the clues. Apparently, however, the strain was too great for "the majority of our readers and many protests were received that we were making the standard too bigh The puzzle, therefore, is reproduced again in its original setting. The solution will appear in to-morrow's paper.
