The Peruvian Minister at this Court Living applied to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs for Exequatur in behalf of Don Jesus Elias who has been appointed Peruvian Vice Consul in Hong Kong, at which place he is at present residing;
I have to request that you will state whether you are aware of any objection to the confirmation of this appointment.
