There was a notable increase in freight. entered yesterday. With five more ar rivals than during the previous twenty four hours, Hongkong cargo increased by over 5,000 tons, while freight for. Fook Sang. British str., 1,087 toas, Capt. ports beyond showed an increase of aver P. R. G. Cuming, from Calcutta 17,000 tons. Although three British Straits. At 9 am yesterday there ware vessels in the harbour, of which 2 were British. During the previous 24 hours eleven vessels arrived, viz., three British..
