The freight returns, recorded in the. shipping statement for the 24 hours ended. ata. yesterday, were much the sane as those of the previous day, despite the fact of two more arrivala On the combined totals of freight "for" and not for "Hongkong there was a very slight increase, but taking the re- turns individually, Hongkong cargo was a little below that of the preceding period; while freight for ports beyond necessarily increased by a small extent.
