MR. V. K. TING'S VIEWS.

Mr. V. K. Ting, interviewed by the Sun Pan confirmed the reports recently published that the negotiations regard- ing the rendition of the Mixed Court had considerably progressed.

He declared, generally speaking, the terms of the proposed agreement were the same as published in the Press, though, after consultation, the Consular Body had some alterations made.

Mr. Ting stated the draft of the agrees, ment had been duly approved by Marshal Sun Chuan Fong and other provincial authorities, but at least a week must
