With reference to the Letter from the Registrar of the High Court of Admiralty, I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit to you, for the information of the Governor of Hong Kong, a copy of a Letter from the Secretary of State for the Colonies dated the 19th of April 1846, relating to the Stamp affixed to the Patent appointing S. W. Schene Jeg Judge of the Vice Admiralty Court at Hong Kong.
