Resolved,

That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, a Return of the annual receipt and expenditure of the Colony of Hong Kong, up to the latest period for which accounts have been received, showing the gross receipts from the various branches of revenue, under their different heads, distinguishing the amounts levied in the Colony from Parliamentary Grants, and stating the expenditure under its various branches (in continuation of Parliamentary Paper, No. 264, of Session 1846):
