HOW THE SITUATION IS VIEWED IN THE NORTH.
We are so near to Canton and all istismtely connected with its troubles and disorders that it is possible our judgment of the situation may become narrow and influenced solely by personal cosiderations. It is. well, therefore, occasionally to check our opinions with those formed by observers at a distance. The 3.-0.
