Saturday's entries were noticeable by reason of the fact that apart from being very low and below the average, no freight for this port was" carried in British vessels. There were only three entries of cargo for Hongkong, and the heaviest of these was one of 2,484 tons. With regard to freight for ports beyond. Where were only two estires, the heaviest being 2194 tons, and the other 1,000 tons. Of yesterday's cargo, that for Hapgkong consisted of 8,117 tons of general cargo, 5,200 tons of rive and 4,414 tons of coal.
