QUEEN'S COLLEGE ANNUAL MEETING.
The annual sports of Queen's College were held on Saturday on the College

The 1st Batt. East Surreys playing on the Craigengewer G.C. ground defeated the home team by two runs, Craigen gower batting first, scored 143, T. Grimes contributing 35, and E. Fincher and S. Abbas 29 each. The visitors scored. 130, their narrow victory being dite to the batting of C.Q.M.8. Stripp, who secored 50, and also made the win- ning hit.

eleventh annual sports meeting was held. There was a very large gathering of visitors in addition to students and com- petitors in the high and long jumps, in consequence, were somewhat crowded out" at times
