PARIS, January 11th The days have been such a misery of cold and continuous rain these last few weeks, that the mere thought of the Riviera brings the joy of sunshine and blue skies with it.
To compensate for not being able to tuck away into the Blue Train as it goes aliding by from Calais to Mentos, many Parisiennes are choosing frocks from the collections which the big designers have prepared for those sensor on the Cote d'Azur. This is easier than it sounds)
