The top scorer for the Club in tho first innings was H. Owen Hughes (44); while J. C. Eyal contributed 38, being 'run out."
Pay-Lt. Hussey who wored 79 runs. Lt. The mainstay for the Services was Halsey knocked up 32.

When the match was continued yestor day, the Club finished with a total of 156 runs in their second innings making a grand total of 371 runs, leaving the Servicee 207 runs to get to draw level, which they failed to do on account of the good bowling.
For the Club T. E. Pearce was top scorer with 6 runs and RR. Hancock contributed 31 runs. It was the score of these players, who went in towards the close of the innings that materially help. ed the team and made the victory by so great a margin possible. Bowling against the Club, Lt.-Col: Cantrell took five wickets for 37 runs.
The only score of note in the 2nd 10 innings of the Services was made by Capt. Morris, who knocked up 39 runs, being still not out when the match finish- ed. Bowker and Reed each took three of the Services' wickets for. 18 runs and Parker three for 72,

At Kowloon on Saturday the Kowloon Cricket Clab defeated the Civil Service Cricket Club by 44 rung and seven wicketa to spare. The visitors knocked up 100 for eight wickets, at which score they 'de clared but the home club replied with the handsome score of 913 for three- wickets, towards which A... W. At the Leo Gardens, yesterday evening, Kid Alfred, the Filipino boxer, who re- 9cently defeated Harry Major go the City Hall, gave an exhibition. He sparred a few rounds with his partners, went though various stages in training, and also gave an exhibition of shadow boxing.
