PEXING, November 24th Engineering projects in five proviners have been undertaken by the China Interational Famine Relief, Commission, according to the 1023 report which has just been prepared.
Most of the work in the provinces of Kiangsi, Hupeh, Chilli, Shantung and Szechucn has been dyke building and other irrigation developments, but there have been efforts on other lines of public improvements,
