In the Summary Court yesterday morning, the Puise Judge (Mr. Justice Wood) gars judgment in the action in which Cheung Chun Ming & Co., sued Chan Chan Nam & Co, for $878,38 damages for breach of a contract, dated June 3th last and made between the plaintiffs and defendants for the purchase of 1,000 Shanghai Dock shares at Tls. 138 per share, on which there was a balance due of 8878.38.-
