The Salaries for the Fixed Establishment having up to that time been considered as sanctioned per annum.
The sanctioned Rate of Salary is £500 per month.
The overpayment of £10.19.8 will be disallowed.
The amount of £9.18.0 has been refunded on the 17th October, 1830, by His Excellency Governor Bonham, and Sir John Davis will be requested to pay the amount overpaid him (£7.2.9) to the Colonial Agent in London.
