(b) "Due date" means in the case of the June Settlement, the 23rd day of July, and in the case of the July Settlement, the 25th day of July. (c) Flat rate" means the quotation for shares which is set out in the Schedule and in the case of share which are not include in the Sche- dule, such quotation as may be fix ed by the Governor, Clauses 3, 4 and 5 of the new draft are the same as these clauses in the original Bill, which has already been published, with the exception of the minor altera tions due to the change in date.
