The Shield Competition was again a great success. although the gate receipts from these games were not so good as previously. No owner or person having the custody, control or care of any dog shall allow such dog to be at liberty between the hours of 10 p.m. and Ga.. in any street, road, or place to which the public have access in the Island of Hongkong, Kowloon and New Kowloon.
