With reference to my 29th Despatch to 85 of the 29th Ultimo, I have the honor to enclose, for your lordship's consideration and orders, Mr. William Scott's letter, from a merchant of this Colony, claiming a reduction of rent for Marine Lot - 1056, for which he at present pays £75.13.1, and which he wishes to be reduced to £42.
