CINEMA. NOTES.
QUEEN'S THEATIŻ
Strongheart, the wonderful police dog who sprang into such prominence as a motion picture star in "The Silent Call" has made another picture which is show- ing at the Queen's Theatre for an eng agement of three days beginning to-day. It is a Laurence Trimble-Jane Murfin production entitled "Brawn of the North," a Firat National attraction.
The story is most unusual from the standpoint of thrilling action and tense! emotional scenes. It is a story of a dog's faithfulness and loyalty to his mis trees a loyalty that sarmounts all his natural instincta.
WORLD THEATRE.
Most people believe that an extensive education is the prime requisite for a stage carcer. Others consider it to be animportant. On the screen the nega tive and affirmative preponderancovaries also.
In one production alone, “The Eleventh Hour," produced by William Fox from the successful "stage melodrama of Lincoln J. Carter, the cast lies, divided in opinion. Charles Jones and Shirley Mazon coincide in their opinion that a college education is unnecessary. Alan Hale and June Elvidge are convinced of its necessity. The film-going public are. thus afforded an opportunity of forming, their own opinion on this palpitating subject
