After leaving the Cology he was in harge of a Sanitorium in England and about three years ago he went to Mukden. Manchuria, as the local resident British doctor. In December 1921 he accepted the appointment at Weihai-wei.

Three persons were charged before the Magistrate with begging; two having been arrested in Ico House Street and one at Battery Path.
