Malarial Debility

12

The destructive work of the malaria parasite makes our blood thin and watery and even when quizine has killed the parasites, this poverty of blood remains.

0

The result is, that the malaria patient suffers from nervous and mental symptoms of various kinds, including loss of memory, impairment of the vision, depression of the spicits, refreshing sleep, a sense of lassitude and ever increasing weakness. Conquer these symptoms of rapid ageing with Sanatogen. Sanatogen will strengthen the cells and tissues of nerves and body, increasing the quantity of red blood corpuscles in an amazingly short time. In one of the leading hospitals this increase was officially tabulated for 6 patients as follows:

the charm that outshines all others, when the lips part in a smile, is the gleam of daintily polished teeth, a charm which Calvert's Tooth Powder can help so much to secure. Again, besides polishing so brightly those teeth that show, this delightful dentifrice gives the thorough antiseptic cleansing to the crevices, which dental hygiene requires. Being free from grit it cannot scratch or injure the enamel of the teeth.

The museum of Kingston-on-Thames, Bear London, contains the first machine for projecting moving pictures on a screen. It was the invention of a native of Kingston, named Maybridge, who went to the United States and be came director of a photographic survey of the Pacific Coast

In California there was a force dis-" cussion as to whether a horse while tro ting ever had four feet off the ground. Maybridge tried to settle a anger between. two millionaires by means of instantane ous photography.. One of his photo- graphs showeit al four feet off the ground.

Not quite satisfied, however, he con ceived the idea of "taking a series of instantaneous photographs in rapid sue- cassion. One of the millionaires, who owned a stud of horses, granted facilities: for the experiment. So successful was it. that daybridge continued his investi gation, and followed it in 1881 by in venting an, apparatus which projected his photographs on a screen.
