JOCKEY'S RECORD.

By riding two winners at Newbury recently, Fred. B. Bees, the steeplechase and hurdle jupkey, made his total of wine for the year 108. This is a record racing under National Hunt rules, and exceeds by two the number of win- ning mounts of C. E. Elliott, who headed the list of flat-race fookeys during the 1024 Bengon. Such a leat has never before been accomplished by any cross-country rider.
