The following circular has been issued to the debenture bolders, shareholders and creditors of the Singapore Electric Tramways, Limited:-

31st December, 1921. The scheme of arrangement which was unanimously passed at the separate meetings of debenture holders, share- holders and English creditors of the Company held in March last was duly sanctioned by the English Court and ordered to be carried into effect..
At a subsequent Meeting of the local Singapore creditors of the Company the scheme was also unanimously ap proved.
