The sixteenth Congregation of the University of Hongkong took place you terday afternoon, when the Degree of Doctor of Laws (Homirie-Pundi) was presented to Sir Henry Pollock, K.C., and Mr. John, Swirs (in absentia).
-The Great Hall of the University was crowdd to its utmost enpucity when the Procession, which included members of The Court Council and Senate of the University, proceeded to the platform. The rucession comprised :—
