On my return from the Northward I found the Report of the Committee to inquire into the landed tenure of the Colony awaiting my arrival, and I had hoped to have had it in my power to forward it to your Lordship by this mail, which leaves tomorrow. I find however that I shall be unable to do so - but your Lordship may confidently expect it by the
next.
