From my Despatch No.1.79 of the 20th Instant Your Lordship will have learnt that the men of the 59th Regiment were in a very sickly state, and regret to report that, since the middle of May last, this Regiment has lost no less than 87 men by disease.
This unfortunate subject is of course purely Military,
