LEPER MISSION JUBILKL.

Certain Betish missionaries were determined that such an outrage should not take place again. A remarkable charge had caken place in the attitude of the officials towards the lepers of South China. The spirit of hostility was gradually being one of mercy and transformed intu charity, and the leper was receiving civic attention.
