Dear Sir,
I can undertake to say that H.M. Government will pay 2/3, or 20% of the expense of the Church, i.e., whatever is subscribed, they will pay twice the amount in addition. I recommend your getting in the subscriptions without loss of time, and I should like to see an Account and Estimate.
