SHIPPING COMPANY TO BE WOUND UP.

Shareholders in the Pennant Shipping Company, Cardi; have received a circular convering an extraordinary meeting to consider a proposal to wind up the company. The company owned guly this one steamer, which was sold by order of the mortgages at a lary of $144.000.
