suited for the purposes for which it was intended.

Under these circumstances, I beg that Your Lordships may be pleased to issue instructions to the Colonial Agent, for the recovery of the difference in cost, as recommended by the Auditor General and the Members of the Board of Survey; and to prevent similar cause of complaint, it would be desirable to direct particular attention to be paid to the paragraph of suggestions from the Board as to the future supply of paper to this colony.
