I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your Lordship's Despatch No 174. of 11th April, respecting some property left by William S. Wentworth, a Clerk in the Ordnance office here, and directing the amount thereof to be remitted to England for the benefit of his Another M Watcham, and in reply thereto I beg to forward copy of a letter from the official Administrator of Intestate Estates, from which it will be perceived that in consequence of circumstances detailed therein, it is not in my power at present to comply with Your Lordship's instructions.
