Guilhelm Cheodor Lorenz Louis Ricnaecker, NOW the condition of this obligation is such that if the said Robert Julius Frederick Guilhelm Theodor Lorenz, Louis Ricnaecker shall and do from time to time and at all times during
of his said office, well and sufficiently perform singular the duties of the said Office, and shall and do faithfully obey such orders and directions in the said office, as he shall from time to time receive from the Governor of the said Colony of Hongkong', from the officer for the time being, charged with the administration of the said Government,
the said Government, or other person
duly
authorised to give orders and directions in this respect, and shall and will well and truly pay and apply all such sums of money, bills, notes, drafts, cheques and securities for money as
shall from time to time be entrusted to his hands as such Acting Colonial Treasurer or with which he shall become justly chargeable as such Acting Colonial Treasurer, according to such directions as he shall receive from the said Governor of the said Colony of Hongkong or from the officer for the time being charged with the administration of the said Government, or other person duly authorized to give
directions in that behalf,
that behalf, and do and give shall at all times when required produce true and correct accounts of the receipt and payment of all such sums of money, bills, notes, drafts, cheques and securities for money
as shall come to the hands of the said Robert Julius Frederick Guilhelm Louis Ricnaecker as such Acting
Colonial Treasurer as aforesaid, together with proper
and sufficient vouchers for the due application thereof,
and shall not
misapply,
lend
or otherwise take to his own use,
embezzle, make away
with,
lose
neglect to account for, or by his wilful neglect
hazard, any such sum or sums of money, bills,
aforesaid, or notes, drafts, cheques or securities as
and shall and do when duly
any part thereof, called upon at the expiration or other termination of his office, deliver up to the person duly authorised to receive the same, all books, papers, documents, and accounts relating to the said office, and do and shall pay to the persons duly authorised to receive the same, the balance (if any) remaining in his hands and due from him the said
Theodor Robert Julius Frederick Guilhelm Lorenz Louis Ricnaecker. And also do and shall at all times during his continuance in
the said office, act and conducts himself with
in and concerning fidelity integrity and punctuality in and
things which shall be entrusted
Treasurer to him, as such Acting Colonial
the matters and
