With reference to Air Excellency The Governor's Despatch 1937 of the 26th ultimo, I have the honor to enclose herewith the Certificate signed by the Acting Treasurer and examined by the Auditor, stating that the Honorable Mr. Mercer has received Salary up to this date at the rate of £900 per Annum.
