Dr. Wang Chung-hui, (ngs in Europa) former Pranier and Minister of Justice of the Sun Paochi Cabinet, has smit us says the Asiatic News Agency, the follow ing interesting message from The Hague about the incapacity and uselessness of the Chinese Parliament and the necessity for complete organization :---
It is a undeniable fact that the M. P's. have effected a close alliance with the members of corrupt officialdian. Mis of the men of brains and of integrity, who have stayed away from the cheialdom, disapprove and despise the actions of these so-called Representative of the people Dr. Wang is of the opinion that since the representative stem dors not suit the Chinese nation, it must be thoroughly re organised.
