His Lordship That may be your view, but apparently the other side is under the impression that the docuraent had not been put in, and that they, there forr, have not had an opportunity of con- sidering it.
After further argumibat His Lordship decided to allow the letter to be put in on the general principal that when one xide has dealt with one portion of a handle of commspondence the other side was entitled to deal with other portions of the correspodence.
